Kevin conducts polygraph exams at the request of prosecutors and defense attorneys in a variety of criminal offense tests including: homicide, robbery, assault, criminal sexual conduct, arson, etc.  In addition, he  has conducted polygraph exams to verify witness statements and verification of alibis of

alleged suspects. 

 

Trust issues between individuals involved in relationships can often be

resolved by a neutral third party.  Polygraph exams can assist in the formation

of this foundation. A positive result is not guaranteed for either party; however complete confidentiality and privacy are always maintained. Kevin has experience assisting in these personal matters and will always be the

upmost professional. 

It is a violation of Federal Law (Employee Polygraph Protection Act 1988) for

an employer to ask or force an employee to submit to a Polygraph exam. However, there are circumstances in which the employee has volunteered

for a polygraph exam; please contact me in those unique cases.  French Polygraph & Consulting will provide the highest level of service and reliability throughout the process.

Over the past five years, Kevin worked with the Metro Fraud and Identity Theft team consisting of investigators from four different police agencies.  The team successfully ended and prosecuted the two largest counterfeit check criminal enterprises in Kent County that had been in operation for nearly eight years.  He has established working relationships with area banks and merchants with the common goal of limiting counterfeit check fraud, credit card and identity theft.
